Even just a subtle highlight or Bro-aura would go a long way. Yeah.I forgot to mention that it can be tough keeping track of your own character with everything going on. There are better ways to promote group play instead of this annoying camera. Not only is it too easy to lose the position of your character due to them blending into the background or being covered by foreground effects, but you can lose your character off the screen completely if someone you're playing with goes off on their own. It gets to the point where I have more fun and survive better playing by myself. So either we get an enemy that kills us off screen, can't dodge in a certain direction, or the screen just zooms out really far making it tougher to make things out.Īlso, that bug where my friend had his character duplicated like he was some fake player 3.still had the shared camera bound to him. With the way explosions can chain off each other for long distances, how fast players can and need to move, and how large the levels are including tunneling through ground with bullets.we naturally get separated at points, or want to strike enemies from multiple places instead of one.Įventually we hit points where one of us can't go further forward, back, up or down, much less see an enemy because we hit the shared camera boundary. I can kind of get the purpose for it in local multiplayer on one TV/Monitor, but online it makes no sense to me, and only weakens the game. Just going to throw out that I love the overall game itself, but apart from the basic early access glitches like my friend duplicating another character that kills itself.we both hated the shared screen.
